Note: Passports are submitted & Collected through VFS by the applicant.
- Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank Page for visa stamp.
- a) Attach all previous passports to show previous travel history.
- UK Visa Application Form: Visa application form must be filled through online.
- Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head stating his name, designation, purpose, and duration of visit. The letter should be signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to– The Visa Officer, British High Commission, New Delhi
- Financials
- a) Personal ITR for 3 yrs.
- b) Original Personal Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly with duly signed & stamp.
- OTHER SAVINGS: Photocopies Fd’s, Lic’s, Nsc’s, & property papers if have
- Supporting letter (S) from your friend or sponsor in the UK-If you are visiting a friend/Relative, you may wish to include a letter of invitation from them as well as their financial documents, (Banks Statement, Tax papers) as outlined in the finances and employment section. You should also consider supplying evidence of their immigration status in the UK, this could be copies of
- Bio-data pages from their passports.
- Valid Visa or immigration stamp from their passport.
- Home office letter confirming permission stay in the UK.
- Proof of Occupation
- Self Employed
- a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
- b) Brief Company Profile
- c) Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director)
- d) Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm
- e) Balance sheet of the Company.
- Students:
- a) College/School ID card
- b) NOC from College/ School
- FOR BUSINESS VISA- NEED ONLY ONE EXTRA DOCUMENT(BUSINESS INVITATION LETTER)
- a) Applications are being accepted through online appointment, we advise you to send your application well in advance so that we can arrange for an appointment.
- b) Fingerprints and facial photograph (known as ‘biometric information’) are required by the UK UK Border Agency as part of your application for a UK visa in India. Personal appearance as per the appointment is therefore mandatory.
