- 2 recent color photographs (Photo size: 48mm*33mm, width of head:15mm to 22mm, eight of head: 20mm to 33mm)
- Invitation letter from the host company stating purpose of trip, business details etc.
- Original Business covering letter on business letterhead
- Indian Company Registration Certificate
- China company registration certificate
- I’d of person who has signed the letter

- Photo of Business Card
- Last issued China Visa
- Vaccine Certificate
